整體以老宅來說還不錯，很舒服。老闆也很親切還有提供伴手禮，雖然隔音不好，但大致上也沒聽到太多聲音，清潔上地板跟大方向都很乾淨了，但如果細到要求吊燈上面的灰塵可能有點困難。浴室也覺得還算可以，但排水孔排水有點慢，不過不影響洗澡，水非常的熱，最滿意的是竟然還可以停車24小時，以海安路來說真的很方便，算是一次很愉快的住宿度假，下次有機會會在選擇入住，地點真的不錯，走路到花園夜市大概20分，但搭車方便只要70-80塊，很便宜。

因為建築物是舊建築，不少牆身已經滲水發黴，雖然有用裝飾物遮擋，但是住起來感覺不夠舒適。而且房門鎖用傳統的鑰匙開關，不順滑，加上有把手擋在前面，開關起來十分不方便。

Great location and interesting old house. It was as shown in the pictures. The host is very friendly and recommended a few places to go and explained the house. He could have given more detailed instructions on the car park, which is closeby but you need to park in the area 62 to be closeby to the house. It’s a long car park so it’s seems far from where you go in but it’ll work out! The car park right next to the house is very expensive. The house faces towards the car park and the street to the motorcycles are a bit noisy. Water and cups are provided by the hotel. 訂房網站 didn’t tell the owner my email or phone number so he couldn’t contact me and there was no one for checkin. We called him and he came quickly, just would be nicer for everyone if he had those details. Otherwise I recommend proactively contacting him.

民宿地點距離國華街很近，吃東西非常方便，停車也會給24小時額度的折抵券，是少數台南民宿有可以免費停車的住宿

很可愛的老房子，打掃的非常乾淨空間也算大，樓中樓的設計我很喜歡，客廳的沙發床超級舒服，躺下去會起不來，浴缸空間也很大，然後民宿位置超級好，我們有租車但基本上用不到幾次，附近就是神農街跟國華街，很喜歡這裡。

民宿小幫手很盡責，規矩很多不過是為了維持給房子有一個好的延續，可以認同與理解，洗手檯在外面很不友善，環境清幽

海安房很棒，住起來很愜意，是喜歡的風格，且老闆很熱情招呼介紹。另外因為老房隔音多少較不好一些，還有貼心提供耳塞😂下次還會想再來。
